Luc De Jaeger is Belgian, fluent in French and English, has a good knowledge of Dutch and a basic knowledge of Spanish.

He is Founding Partner of Nexum (2001), an international company supporting organizations, teams and leaders with the people side of strategic, organizational and cultural transformations, based in Brussels, Paris, Lausanne and Luxembourg. As consultant, Luc helps clients to manage the people side of their business challenges. He conceives and implements the adequate interventions to align people, teams and organizational culture with company’s strategies.

He graduated from HEC Brussels. His degrees and Certifications are : Systems psychology in enterprise (Malarewicz – France – 2014) ; Experienced Practitioner PROSCI change management (US – 2016) ; Certificate in dynamics at board level (Tavistock Institute – London – 2013) ; Appreciative Inquiry (Institut Français Appreciative Inquiry – France – 2012) ; INSEAD Diploma in Clinical Organizational Psychology (Consulting and Coaching for Change 2009-2010 – France); Denison Organization Culture Survey Certification (Boston – US) ; Theory of the organizations of Berne (Belgium); DISC certification (Belgium) ; Windows on Work values certification (TMSDI – London) and Finance for non finance managers (London Business School). Luc is a PROSCI instructor.

Before creating Nexum in 2001, Luc has worked 4 years in Marketing for Procter & Gamble and 4 years as a Senior Manager for Arthur D. Little, in the fields of Strategy development, Change Management and Corporate Learning. In 2005, while being Managing Partner of Nexum, Luc Managed the Dexia Corporate University as interim manager during 12 months.

He’s key areas of expertise are Change Management, especially cultural, strategic and organizational changes; Development of culture of Agility; Development of leadership in line with company strategies; Development of high performing teams; Management of Human Resources and Corporate Learning (Set-up of company universities).
